When will my order ship?
USA: Our processing time before an order ship out is 3-5 business days, excluding weekends.
For canvas orders within the US, you can expect your delivery time within 7-10 business days of purchase.
You will receive your tracking number via the email associated with your purchase once your product ships out. For any additional questions surrounding tracking, please email support@basketballcanvas.com

International canvases orders will get to you in 10-20 business days of purchase.

What is your return policy?
Quality Guaranteed
All BASKETBALL CANVAS art is handmade in the USA at the highest of standards. We take pride in our craftsmanship and offer all customers a 1-year quality guarantee on all canvases. Coverage includes any warps, tears, fading, or broken frames under normal usage within 365 days after your purchase. BASKETBALL CANVAS will help replace or upgrade your art in the form of an exchange or store credit into a new piece of your choice – additional fees may occur if upgrading to a different design, size, or frame option that differs from your original order.
Return Policy
For orders within the United States, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you will have 30 days from the delivery date to start a return process. A 20% restocking fee will occur on all returned items. All items must be returned in unused/sellable condition in order to be issued a refund. Please send the return back using your own label.
To begin your refund process, please contact support@basketballcanvas.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
All international orders outside of the United States are final sales. No refunds, returns, or exchanges.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged, we ask that a photo of the damaged unit be sent to our BASKETBALLCANVAS Care Team, and we’ll produce and send a replacement at no charge.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
We offer bulk pricing on a very limited basis. Please email support@basketballcanvas.com if you are interested in buying 5+ pieces.

What carrier do your orders ship?
Most US orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx. Internationally, carriers may vary, but all shipments are sent via DDU.

What materials are used for your prints?
Our framed prints are museum-grade quality and use only the finest archival materials. Our paper is a 250gsm Hot Press archival cotton rag museum-grade paper.
We use premium wood gallery-style frames that have a smooth gesso black or white coating that is composed of a smooth kiln-dried clay coating that produces a perfectly smooth finish.
Product Care
All of our canvases are quite durable and should resist most scratches, smudges, fingerprints, etc. You can dust canvases with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas is damaged and needs deeper cleaning, you may try a damp cloth.
